The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) credential proves that you have the skills to successfully support end users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows® operating system. MCDST candidates are required to pass two core exams. Elective exams are not required. Saturday: Departure This is a 5-day course and we provide you with the following: 5-night hotel accommodations - single occupancy in a King Executive room Breakfast and lunch everyday Snacks & beverages everyday All required courseware Microsoft Exam test vouchers - plus the cost of any retake exams (up to two more exam). Practice test exams and a preparation library MCT Instructor led training - w/ access to the instructors 24-hours a day VUE Testing. (We are a Mobile VUE Testing Center - so you test right at the boot camp.) Your Microsoft Certification - MCDST Hands-On Labs - Labs open until 10:00 pm, so you can get the experience you want. We have a VUE Proctor on staff who stays at the hotel with you. When you are ready to test - you test. There is no set time-frame that you have to test - however, you do need to test by the scheduled testing day to stay on schedule. You test when you are comfortable. That is one of the advantages of being a Mobile VUE Testing Center. Also, the instructors are also available to you 24-hours a day. The instructors stay with you at the hotel - they never leave. If you have any questions the instructors are there for you. We will provide you with all of your courseware, MCT Instructor lead training, and everything that you will need to pass these Microsoft exams. You will still be responsible for reading the material and practicing labs during down time. We will do everything in our power to help you reach your goal - obtaining your MCDST certifications. If you happen to have any problems picking up the material - we will provide you with additional one-on-one instruction to help you prepare for the exams.
